BEXAR * UNTIL 630 AM CDT * AT 426 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 8 MILES SOUTH OF CHINA GROVE...OR ABOUT 12 MILES SOUTH OF KIRBY... MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH. * THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE... 5 MILES WEST OF CHINA GROVE AT 535 AM 3 MILES SOUTH OF TERRELL HILLS AT 630 AM EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
