THUNDERSTORMS...SOME PRODUCING TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN...
MOVING NORTHEAST ACROSS THE EFFECTED COUNTIES.
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
