THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  GILLESPIE
  KERR
  KENDALL

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

AT 935 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY    
HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER KENDALL...KERR AND GILLESPIE COUNTIES MOVING 
NORTH AT 15 TO 20 MPH. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES AN 
HOUR HAVE BEEN OBSERVED IN THESE AREAS. UNOFFICIAL RAINFALL REPORTS 
OF UP TO 3 INCHES HAVE OCCURRED IN HUNT AS WELL AS 7 INCHES IN 
COMFORT THROUGH THIS EVENING.


BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
