THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  ATASCOSA

* UNTIL 730 PM CDT

* AT 532 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS 
FROM HINDES TO CAMPBELLTON TO FASHING PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF 1 
TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 20 MPH.  BE ALERT FOR 
FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW-LYING 
AREAS.     

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS 
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
