THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BLANCO

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 415 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  MOVING INTO BLANCO COUNTY WITH RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES 
  PER HOUR.  

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE 
TO TWO INCHES IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME...PRODUCING LOCALIZED 
FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW WATER CROSSING DURING THE NEXT COUPLE 
HOURS.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
