* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KENDALL
  COMAL

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER 
  KENDALL AND COMAL COUNTIES. LITTLE TO NO MOVEMENT INDICATED.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED.

RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE 
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
