THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LAVACA

* UNTIL 930 PM CDT

* AT 729 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  BETWEEN HALLESSVILLE AND SPEAKS...MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 5 MPH.
  RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WERE ESTIMATED.  

FARM TO MARKET ROADS 530 AND 2437 WILL BE AFFECTED.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
