RIGHT ON TRACK TIMING AND STRENGTH WITH THIS ONE.  THE ONLY REAL
QUESTION IS IN THE DETAILS SO WILL STAY THE COURSE WITH WARNINGS
AND ADVISORY.  SEE NO NEED FOR UPDATES OR ADJUSTMENTS.  WILL BE LOOKING
CLOSE AT QPF AND SNOW LEVELS TO FINE TUNE FOR THIS AFTERNOONS PACKAGE.

RISE WILL STAY PRETTY STEEP. AS MENTIONED ABOVE WINDS ARE COMING UP AND
