  SOUTHERN HASKELL COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS

* UNTIL 515 PM CDT

* AT 445 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A RAPIDLY ROTATING
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 5 MILES NORTH OF
  SATANTA...MOVING SOUTH AT 30 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
