* AT 607 PM CDT DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTH OF MONTEZUMA. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS MOVING
  EAST AT 10 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
  RURAL SOUTHERN GRAY COUNTY THROUGH 630 PM CDT
