* AT 632 PM CDT...DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HAGGARD ELEV...OR ABOUT 5 MILES
  EAST OF MONTEZUMA...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
