HAMILTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS KEARNY COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS * UNTIL 1145 PM MDT(1245 AM CDT) * AT 842 PM MDT(942 PM CDT) DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE ARKANSAS RIVER VALLEY EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS...DITCHES...GULLEYS...DRAWS...ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.
