THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CORPUS CHRISTI HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
  GOLIAD COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 358 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 10 MILES NORTH OF GOLIAD TO 
BERCLAIR AND SOUTHWEST INTO BEE COUNTY. THESE STORMS HAVE THE 
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE LARGE HAIL FROM NEAR GOLIAD SOUTHWESTWARD ALONG 
HIGHWAY 59...AND STRONG DAMAGING WINDS ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN 
GOLIAD COUNTY. THE LINE WAS MOVING SOUTHWARD AT AROUND 10 MPH WHILE 
THE INDIVIDUAL STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING...HAIL TO QUARTER 
SIZE AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH...ESPECIALLY ON THE LEADING EDGE
