THE CWA IN THE WAKE OF THE MCS WHICH PASSED OVER THE COASTAL BEND
EARLY THIS MORNING.  12Z CRP SOUNDING PROFILE INDICATED A PWAT OF
2.03 INCHES.  DRY LAYER EVIDENT FROM 900-650 MB WHERE SOUTHERLY FLOW
IN THE BOUNDARY LAYER VEERS SOUTHWEST TO NORTHWEST RESPECTIVELY IN
THE LAYER WITH NEAR SATURATION EXISTING ALOFT.  LIFTED INDICES
REVEAL THE GREATEST INSTABILITY AND..FOR THE MOST PART..UNTAPPED
BUOYANCY OVER THE WESTERN CWA.  HAVE INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR
CONVECTION TO LIKELY WITH MENTION OF HEAVY RAINFALL FOR THE WRN CWA
(AND LOWERED TEMPS) AS THUNDERSTORMS..WHICH FORMED FROM TWO MERGING
OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES AROUND 12Z NE OF DRT..CONTINUE TO PROGRESS SWD
INTO THE UNSTABLE AIRMASS.  RESIDUAL MOISTURE AND MARGINAL
INSTABILITY OVER THE ERN FA WILL COMBINE WITH BREAKS IN THE CLOUD
COVER TO GENERATE ADDITIONAL CONVECTION AND LOCALLY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.

MARINE...CURRENT SCEC FORECAST LOOKS GOOD.  MCV LOCATED OVER THE
SOUTHERN COASTAL WATERS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD COVERAGE
OF RA BUT THIS WILL DIMINISH BY EARLY AFTERNOON.  SEAS ARE RUNNING
HIGH AND WILL UP FCST HEIGHT.  WILL HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON NEXT
OUTFLOW BDRY IN HILL COUNTRY FOR POSSIBLE IMPACTS IN THE WATERS
