WINDS TO GET A LITTLE HIGHER THAN EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON.  WITH THE
RIDGE SETTING UP SHOP OVER THE GULF FOR WHAT LOOKS LIKE THE NEXT
WEEK...WILL EXPECT LITTLE CHANGE IN CONDITIONS THRU THE FCST
PERIOD.  A PIECE OF ENERGY MOVING THRU THE SUBTROPICAL JET WILL
BRING A CHANCE OF PRECIP TO THE WESTERN ZONES ON THURSDAY
NIGHT...BELIEVE BEST CHANCES WILL BE NORTH OF CWA...WILL MENTION
SLIGHT CHANCE FOR LRD AND COT.
