Did it verify

Not verified. The Iowa Environmental Mesonet's Cow found no qualifying storm report inside this flash flood warning while it was in force. That is not proof nothing happened: reports are thin where few people live.

Cow counts a report within 15 km of the polygon while the warning was in force: a tornado for a tornado warning; hail of 1 inch or more, a gust of 58 mph or more or wind damage for a severe thunderstorm warning; a flash flood report for a flash flood warning.

REMNANT TROPICAL MOISTURE ASSCTD WITH THE CLOSED LOW PRESSURE AREA
LOCATED NEAR MONTERREY MEXICO WL CONTINUE A CHC FOR CONVECTION
MAINLY THIS EVE. THE OVERALL TREND THROUGH THE SHORT-TERM WL BE FOR
US TO SLOWLY DRY OUT AS THIS LOW CONTINUES PUSHING WEST INTO
MEXICO. HOWEVER...AM NOT BUYING THE ETA WHICH IS DRYING US OUT A
BIT TOO MUCH FOR ME. THINK THERE WL STILL BE ENOUGH THERMODYNAMIC
PARAMETERS IN PLACE TO MENTION AT LEAST SLIGHT CHC POPS THROUGH
FRI. LIGHT WINDS WL ENHANCE ANY SEABREEZE ACTIVITY WHICH DEVELOPS.

LOW LVL CIRCULATION IN THE NE GULF BEARS WATCH. HOWEVER WITH A
MID/UPR TROUGH EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SWD ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS AND MS
RVR VLY RGN LATER THIS WEEK...THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN TO
OUR EAST. THE MAIN ISSUE WE WL CONCERN OURSELVES WITH IS THE ASSCTD
FNTL BNDRY THAT IS EXPECTED TO STALL ACROSS THE CWFA DURING THE
WEEKEND. BNDRY INTERACTION AMONGST THIS BNDRY AND POSSIBLE OUTFLOWS
AND THE SEABREEZE WL AID IN OUR CHCS FOR RAIN. THIS FNTL BNDRY
SHOULD CREEP BACK NORTH EARLY NEXT WEEK BUT SOUTH TX WL REMAIN ON
THE ERN SIDE OF THE SLOW MOVING TROUGH/SHEAR AXIS LOCATED TO OUR
WEST. OVERALL...WL BE A BIT MORE PESSIMISTIC THAN THE PREV FCST AND
GO WITH CHC POPS THROUGHOUT THE EXTENDED.

MARINE...MSTR LINGERING BEHIND THE RECENT TROPICAL WAVE WL
CONTRIBUTE TO AT LEAST ISOLATED CONVECTION THURSDAY. AN UPPER TROUGH
IS PROGD TO ENTER THE REGION FROM THE NORTH...THEN BECOME
QUASI-STATIONARY. THIS UPPER PATTERN WL BE CONDUSIVE TO A FRONTAL
BNDRY APPROACHING THE REGION BY LATE FRIDAY...THEN STALLING. WL
INCREASE THE CHANCE FOR PCPN FRIDAY OWING TO THE FRONT/ASSOCIATED
MSTR CONVERGENCE...ESPECIALLY SAT-MON AS FORCING FROM THE UPPER
TROUGH ALSO AFFECTS THE REGION. EXPECT CONDITIONS TO REMAIN BELOW
SCA CRITERIA DRG THE PERIOD...OWING TO RELATIVELY WEAK SFC PRESSURE
GRADIENTS.
