THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL BERKELEY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA.

* UNTIL 1245 PM EDT.

* AT 1040 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OCCURRING 6       
  MILES EAST OF EADYTOWN.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT AS MUCH AS 3 TO 4    
  INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS AREAS NEAR LAKE MOULTRIE...THE SANTEE    
  DAM...AND PINEVILLE.  THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING THE FLOODING     
  ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... BONNEAU BEACH...CROSS...EADYTOWN
  AND SAINT STEPHEN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE RAPID FLOODING OF
