NORTHERN ONTARIO COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK * UNTIL 515 PM EDT * AT 409 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER PHELPS...OR ABOUT 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF GENEVA. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
