EASTERN CAMERON COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS * UNTIL 1230 AM CDT * AT 1151 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BROWNSVILLE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. THIS IS IN ASSOCIATION WITH A COLD FRONT EVEN THOUGH THE COOLER AIR AND THE LOWER DEW POINTS ARE FARTHER NORTH. ONCE THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY MOVES THROUGH THE AREA EXPECT THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO DECREASE LATER TONIGHT. WILL UPDATE THE FORECAST SLIGHTLY TO DECREASE SHOWERS SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT.
