KBRO VAD WIND PROFILE SHOWING VERY LITTLE FLOW IN THE MID LVLS OF THE ATMOS...THEREFORE STORM MOVEMENT WILL BE SLOW...WITH ISOLATED HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
