* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
SOUTHERN KENEDY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS
* UNTIL 900 PM CDT
* AT 810 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHERN KENEDY
COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE
HOURLY RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN 1.5 AND 3 INCHES.
* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE
