HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES EAST OF
SEBASTIAN TO 8 MILES SOUTH OF LA FERIA TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF
HIDALGO...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO
3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED WITH THIS LINE DURING THE LAST
HOUR.
* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
