THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MOORE COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DUMAS

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 456 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 12 MILES NORTH OF      
  DUMAS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. SIGNIFICANT STREET FLOODING 
  CONTINUES IN DUMAS FROM EARLIER HEAVY RAINS. ADDITIONAL STORMS 
  ARE EXPECTED TO REACH DUMAS BEFORE SUNRISE AND RESULT IN           
  ADDITIONAL FLOODING.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE FOUR WAY...LAKE MEREDITH AND
  SUNRAY.  AT 458 AM...THE MOORE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTS

INTERSECTIONS...DRAINAGE DITCHES AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF LOW
SPOTS ALONG HIGHWAYS...SMALL CREEKS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AS WELL
AS LOW LYING RANCH LAND.
