  RANDALL COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CANYON

* UNTIL 830 AM CDT

* AT 530 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED            
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS PALO DURO       
  CANYON AND IN CANYON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RAPID RISES     
  ALONG THE PRAIRIE DOG TOWN FORK OF THE RED RIVER IN PALO DURO      
  STATE PARK IS EXPECTED.
