  MOORE COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DUMAS

* UNTIL 315 AM CDT

* AT 1215 AM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING      
  WITHIN THE CITY OF DUMAS. THOUGH THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE              
  DIMINISHED...CONSIDERABLE RUNOFF AND PONDING OF WATER              
  WILL CONTINUE.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CACTUS...LAKE MEREDITH AND
  SUNRAY

MOTORISTS WILL ENCOUNTER RAPIDLY RISING WATER AT UNDERPASSES...
