   SOUTHEAST KANSAS                             
   WESTERN MISSOURI                           

EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 415 PM UNTIL 1000
PM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 65 STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST
OF A LINE FROM 65 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CHANUTE KANSAS TO 75 MILES
EAST NORTHEAST OF EMPORIA KANSAS.
