SOUTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 915 PM MDT * AT 703 PM MDT...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER HURRICANE...OR ABOUT 17 MILES EAST OF ST GEORGE...MOVING SOUTH AT ABOUT 15 MPH. WEATHER RADAR ALSO INDICATED HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WESTERN PORTIONS OF ZION NATIONAL PARK ALONG THE NORTH CREEK DRAINAGE. IN ADDITION...FLOODING WAS REPORTED ON HIGHWAY 59 EAST OF HURRICANE.
