DRY SLOT TO THE EAST. IN ADDITION...AN UPPER-LEVEL DEFORMATION ZONE
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM EXTENDS OVER OUR WESTERN AND
NORTHWESTERN CWFA.

DAYS 1 TO 3...WITH UPPER SYSTEM STILL MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS OUR CWFA
AND LOTS OF POTENTIAL FOR SURFACE FORCING...WILL INCLUDE POPS ALL
ZONES FOR THE FIRST PERIOD. IN ADDITION...LOWS NEAR PERSISTENCE
LOOK GOOD OVERNIGHT. FOR TOMORROW...MODELS AGREE VERY WELL ON FRONT
TIMING. WILL INCLUDE MENTION OF POPS ALL ZONES. HOWEVER...WITH UPPER
SUPPORT LACKING...WIDE-SPREAD POPS APPEAR UNLIKELY. HIGHS TOMORROW
CHALLENGING. WITH SOME PRECIPITATION LIKELY ALONG THE FRONT...AND
ASSOCIATED POST-FRONTAL CLOUDS...WILL GO WITH HIGHS TOMORROW COOLER
THAN NGM MOS BUT NOT AS COOL AS AVIATION SUGGESTS. EXPECT SURFACE
WINDS TO SHIFT TO THE NORTH ACROSS OUR SOUTHERN ZONES LATE TOMORROW
AFTERNOON. MODEL TIME-SECTION DATA SHOWS NO INDICATION OF ISENTROPIC
