* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 440 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR LAKELAND...OR 10
  MILES NORTH OF OSAGE BEACH...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
   ST. ELIZABETH BY 530 PM CDT.

THE TOWNS OF LAKEVIEW...BAGNELL...AURORA SPRINGS...ETTERVILLE AND
