* AT 315 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A DEVELOPING TORNADO 10 MILES EAST OF
  WARSAW...OR 26 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WINDSOR...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF...
  BENTON COUNTY.
