OF VIRGINIA...AND THE MOUNTAINS OF NORTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA.

A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE GREENBRIER AND NEW RIVER
VALLEYS BETWEEN 8:00 AND 10:00 PM...AND INTO THE HIGHLANDS OF
