* ALTHOUGH THE RAINS HAVE ENDED...MORE SHOWERS ARE DEVELOPING OVER 
NORTHWESTERN WEST VIRGINIA AND ARE MOVING TOWARD TAYLOR COUNTY.  
THESE SHOWERS MAY INTENSIFY AND CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING. ALSO... 
COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORT STREAMS AND CREEKS STILL RISING IN SOME 
PLACES.
