TAYLOR COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 100 AM EDT... * AT 1034 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER TAYLOR COUNTY. * SOME LOCATIONS IN THE PATH INCLUDE GRAFTON... MCGEE... TAPPAN... THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WILL CEASE BY MIDNIGHT...HOWEVER SOME LINGERING SHOWERS WILL STILL OCCUR DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING HAVE BEEN REPORTED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY IN REGARDS TO STREAMS AT BANKFULL AND CLOSED ROADS.
