* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TAYLOR COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1100 PM EDT...

* AT 804 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER TAYLOR COUNTY. MORE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
  ACROSS TAYLOR COUNTY OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN
  EXCESS OF ONE TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES WILL BE ENOUGH TO PRODUCE
  FLASH FLOODING.
