  RALEIGH COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 315 AM EDT...

* AT 1217 AM EDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN DURING THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL
  MOVE INTO RALEIGH COUNTY WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR AND ANOTHER ONE TO 
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN MAY FALL BETWEEN 1 AND 2:30 AM.
