PASSES THIS MORNING.  WV SHOWS MOISTURE YET UPSTREAM WITH ANOTHER
WAVE.  WILL MAKE NO CHANGES TO FORECASTS AT THIS TIME.  THERE MAY BE
A LULL IN TSTM ACTIVITY AFTER THIS FIRST ROUND FINISHES AND BEFORE
SURFACE HEATING GETS GOING.  NCEP STILL HAS SLIGHT CHANCE OVER
NORTHEWEST HALF OF CWA.  SOUTHWEST FLOW CONTINUES THROUGH 7 DAY PERIOD
WITH TROUGH DROPPING OUT OF ALASKA TO SETTLE FOR A FEW DAYS ALONG THE
WASHINGTON AND OREGON COASTS.
