* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CAROLINE COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND
  EASTERN TALBOT COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND
  QUEEN ANNES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT.

* AT 720 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED LIGHT TO MODERATE 
  RAIN CONTINUING TO FALL OVER THE AREA. COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORT 
  THAT FLOODING CONTINUES ON SOME COUNTY ROADS. THE RAIN WILL TEND
  TO PROLONG THE FLOODING FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF HOURS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
