THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  QUEEN ANNES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT.

* AT 506 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO THREE
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN QUEEN ANNES 
  COUNTY.  ALSO...COUNTY OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED FLOODING OF 
  SEVERAL ROADS...SOME UNDER THREE FEET OF WATER.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS 
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE 
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES 
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER 
GROUND.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS IF
POSSIBLE. WHEN INDOORS...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS AND DOORS AND AVOID
USING TELEPHONES UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY. IF OUTDOORS...STAY AWAY
FROM ISOLATED HIGH OBJECTS SUCH AS TREES.
