* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL CAROLINE COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND
  EASTERN TALBOT COUNTY IN EASTERN MARYLAND

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT.

* AT 512 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO THREE 
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR OVER EASTERN TALBOT 
  COUNTY AND ADJACENT PARTS OF CAROLINE COUNTY.  ADDITIONAL RAIN IS 
  LIKELY DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO. THERE ARE ALREADY REPORTS OF 
  FLOODED ROADWAYS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
