CENTRAL OREGON TO SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON...

A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE CASCADE MOUNTAINS THIS EVENING. AHEAD OF
THIS FRONT AMPLE MOISTURE AND HEATING WILL LEAD TO VERY UNSTABLE
CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY
BECOME SEVERE WITH A POSSIBILITY OF LARGE HAIL...GUSTY WINDS AND
HEAVY RAIN.

THE AREA OF POSSIBLE SEVERE WEATHER INCLUDES THE GRANDE RONDE AND
JOHN DAY VALLEYS...THE OCHOCO...BLUE AND WALLOWA MOUNTAINS...AS WELL
AS THE FOOTHILLS OF THE BLUE MOUNTAINS. WEATHER SPOTTERS AND
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SEVERE
