* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GARRETT COUNTY IN MARYLAND

* UNTIL 230 PM EDT

* AT 1125 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATED UP
  TO 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF
  OF GARRETT COUNTY. ADDITIONAL STORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS WILL
  MOVE INTO THE COUNTY FROM THE WEST AND RESULT IN FLOODING OF
  STREAMS AND CREEKS. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTAE 68
  SHOULD BE ON ALERT FOR ZERO VISIBILITIES IN HEAVY RAIN AND FOG.
