* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GARRETT COUNTY IN MARYLAND

* UNTIL 230 PM EDT

* STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE RUNNING CLOSE TO BANKFULL.  ADDITIONAL
  RAINFALL THIS AFTERNOON WILL CAUSE STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS
  AND RESULT IN FLOODING.
