THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN TENNESSEE
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF CROSSVILLE

* UNTIL 245 PM CDT

* AROUND 1235 PM CDT...AN AMATEUR WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED CULVERTS
  WERE FULL AND STREET FLOODING WAS OCCURRING IN THE CROSSVILLE AREA.
  THE THUNDERSTORMS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FLOODING WERE MOVING SLOWLY
  TO THE SOUTHEAST.

* IN ADDITION...COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORTED FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAY 70 
  JUST WEST OF CROSSVILLE. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR ALREADY 
OCCURRING. FLOODING WILL EFFECT NUMEROUS ROADS...STREETS AND 
HIGHWAYS...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS...AROUND THE COUNTY.
