* AT 1102 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER TULLAHOMA...OR ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANCHESTER...
  MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES 3.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED OVER SOUTHWEST
COFFEE COUNTY NEAR THE TULLAHOMA AREA. RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THIS
