  SOUTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 115 PM CDT

* AT 1005 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF WINCHESTER...MOVING SLOWLY EAST.

DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURRED OVER 
THIS AREA WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL EXPECTED FROM ADDITIONAL
STORMS MOVING INTO THE AREA.
