NEBRASKA IS THE MAIN PROBLEM IN THE SHORT TERM.  SURFACE ANALYSIS AT
19Z SHOWED LOW PRES CENTERED OVER THE OK PNHDL...WITH A WARM FRONT
CURVING FROM THE LOW INTO NRN KS AND THEN INTO SRN MO.  DEWPOINTS
IN THE UPPER 60S TO MID 70S WERE BEING PULLED UP IN THE SELY FLOW.
PATCHY LIGHT SHOWERS/WEAK TSTMS EXPECTED ACROSS MOST OF OUR AREA
DURING THE EVENING...ASSOCIATED WITH VORT MAX AND SHORTWAVE MOVING
IN FROM CNTRL NE.  THERE IS SOME POTENTIAL FOR SEVERE STORMS IN
SERN NE...CLOSER TO FRONTAL BOUNDARY.  AIRMASS IS HEATING UP NICELY
WITH LOWER 90S AS FAR NORTH AS CONCORDIA.  EXPECT ANOTHER MCS OVER
THE WRN HIGH PLAINS EARLY TONIGHT...THEN IT SHOULD MOVE EWD.  THIS
WILL LIKELY MERGE WITH ANOTHER AREA OF CONVECTION THAT DEVELOPS
IN SCNTRL NE OR NCNTRL KS.  PRECIPITABLE WATER VALUES REMAIN HIGH
WITH OVER TWO INCHES ON THE TOPEKA SOUNDING THIS MORNING.  ETA
DEPICTS THIS MAINLY TO OUR SOUTH...BUT LATEST GOES SOUNDER OUTPUT
SHOWS IT CURRENTLY OVER SERN NE/NERN KS AND NWRN MO.  WILL NOT ISSUE
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH AT THIS TIME...BUT WILL MENTION AREAS OF HEAVY
RAIN.  12Z ETA APPEARS TOO FAR S WITH ITS QPF.  EXPECT LOWS IN THE
MID 60S NORTH TO AROUND 70 SOUTH.

OVERALL...HAVE LEANED TOWARD A BLEND OF THE 12Z ETA AND AVN MODEL
OUTPUTS FOR THE THURSDAY-FRIDAY FORECAST.  FLOW PATTERN DOES CHANGE
A LITTLE...CENTER OF 500 MB HIGH MOVES SWWD.  MCS THURSDAY NIGHT
EXPECTED TO BE FARTHER SOUTH...IN KANSAS.  WILL STILL HOLD ONTO
SOME CHANCE OF PCPN THURSDAY NIGHT MOST AREAS...BUT ONLY KEEP POPS
IN NERN NE FOR FRIDAY.  SOME COOLER AIR WILL MOVE IN AT THE LOW
LEVELS...AS HIGH PRES BUILDS DOWN FROM WI AND MN ON FRIDAY.  TEMPS
WILL BE A LITTLE BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR.  IN THE
EXTENDED PERIOD...WILL HAVE TO KEEP SOME CHANCE OF TSTMS SUNDAY
