THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEAST IOWA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 404 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE OCCURRING OVER THE
  AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 1.5 INCHES
  OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST 1 HOUR. IN ADDITION...DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATES A TOTAL OF 5 TO 8 INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE LAST NIGHT OVER
  NORTHEAST IOWA COUNTY NEAR ARENA. THIS RAIN...AND THE ADDITIONAL
  EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND
  OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.
