THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DANE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 730 AM CDT

* AT 333 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE OCCURRING OVER
  MUCH OF THE COUNTY. SOME STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN
  MIDDLETON AND IS LIKELY ELSEWHERE.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES
  OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS OVER MUCH OF WESTERN
  AND CENTRAL DANE COUNTY. THIS RAIN...AND ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING INTO DANE COUNTY...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND
  RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. STEET FLOODING
  WILL ALSO OCCUR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
