MAXIMA WILL MOVE INTO ARKANSAS FROM THE NORTHWEST AND EACH WILL SET OFF
THUNDERSHOWER DEVELOPMENT. THE MEAN RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS LIMITED AND
DECREASING AFTER TUESDAY...THEN THE NEXT RAIN MAKER WILL COME FRIDAY.
