THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STERLING VIRGINIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY IN CENTRAL MARYLAND

* UNTIL 345 PM EDT

* AT 137 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER 
NORTHEASTERN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY... NEAR THE COMMUNITY OF RIVIERA 
BEACH. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 4 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS 
THIS AREA SINCE SUNRISE... AND STORM SPOTTERS ARE REPORTING RAINFALL 
TOTALS OVER 4 INCHES IN THE SAME TIME PERIOD.

IF WATER IS FLOWING ACROSS A ROADWAY TURN YOUR VEHICLE AROUND AND 
FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW 
YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE 
ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
